How to make laya pitto (Broken puffed paddy)
If you find big layu - puffed paddy & wanna make laya pitto, here's how to do it.
What you'll need:
Completely dry mixer
Puffed paddy
How To:
Take some puffed paddy in a very dry mixer. If the mixer is wet, they'll stick to it.
Just blitz them until they powder into small pieces.
You have laya pitto ready to be used.
Use them to make:
Broken Puffed Paddy Panchakajjaya (layapitta panchakajaya)
