Niger seeds are made into yum dry spicy, flavourful chutney. This chutney pudi is yum to eat with curds on top, flatbreads (jowar, bajra, wheat chapathis/rotis).

Ingredients:
250g niger seeds
10-12 garlic cloves
2 tabelspoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons of red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 twigs of curry leaves
Serves: 5-6
Cooking Time: 6-7 minutes
Total Prep Time: 25 minutes
Preparation Method:
1. Heat niger seeds in a pan, dry roast them until they start to become pale. Keep sauting them for uniform roasting.
This step helps them become crisp & get powdered easily.
2. Let them cool completely.
3. Grind them along with red chilli powder, cumin, garlic cloves, curry leaves, salt into a fine powder without adding any water in a very dry mixer jar.
4. Stays good for 2 months & more if there was no moisture content when you made it.
5. Enjoy with curds on top, flatbreads (jowar, bajra, wheat chapathis/rotis).
