Some pressure points:
If you add more water, it could make rice extra soft & soggy or remain in between cooked rice grains.
If you add less water, rice can become hard & dry & not well cooked.
If you open the pressure cooker too early before the pressure is released water could remain in between rice grains. So wait out until pressure is released. You know it when the sound of the pressure cooker hissing stops or the pressure valve is lowered.
If you cook on high flame rice grains could have water in between them on opening. They won’t cook through by the time whistle blows. Cook on low to medium flame for well cooked rice.
