A healthy drink that is easy to make and takes only minutes to prepare. It's the best fresh juice to beat the summer heat. Here's the simple recipe:


1 bunch of mint leaves
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of chilled water
Few ice cubes
1 lemon

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Serves: 1

Preparation Method:

In a blender add washed mint leaves, water, sugar, lemon juice and blend. Strain if required. Add ice cubes and serve chilled immediately.
