This website is my humble attempt to chronicle recipes from GSB Konkani cuisine for quick reference. Any inputs, feedback are greatly welcome.

It has over 250 recipes of GSB Konkani cuisine with different variations as every dish is cooked slightly differently in every household. It mostly has recipes as cooked in Udupi, Kundapur regions of Karnataka. It has recipes from my maternal, paternal families & my MIL's, mom's, granny's maternal, paternal families & my husband's side of family.
